K-Y® Brand Comes Out With New True Feel Premium Silicone Lubricant

Today the K-Y® brand, a leader in sexual well-being, launches new K-Y True Feel, a premium silicone lubricant designed to elevate couples' sexual intimacy.

A supporter of the LGBT community, the brand is celebrating the launch of True Feel during Pride Month by "lubing" up New York City. The festivities kick off this Sunday, June 12, when K-Y and OutCycling join together for the Fourth Annual NYC Pride Ride.

The NYC Pride Ride begins early Sunday, with hundreds of participants biking one of three distances on the roads of New York and New Jersey: 30, 60 and 100 miles. After the ride, cyclists celebrate at the Finish Line Festival on the banks of the Hudson River with barbeque, fun games and live entertainment.

Finish Line Festival attendees can enjoy music and snacks at the K-Y Lube Lounge, where they will learn more about new K-Y True Feel and snap photos in the K-Y photo booth. OutCycling's "Lieutenant Lube" – Jonathan Hanna – an active member of the LGBT community, will be on hand to host the activities in the Lounge. Also, brand ambassadors will be giving away K-Y True Feel samples both at the Lube Lounge and along the Pride Ride route, where they'll offer to "lube up" participants bikes.

"The NYC Pride Ride is all about making healthy lifestyle choices, and a big part of that is sexual well-being," said Graham Weinstein, co-founder of OutCycling. "We're excited to partner with K-Y to educate the community on sexual health and the importance of intimate relationships. We want our cyclists to know that a good lube doesn't just help you through a long bike ride!"

Additionally, the K-Y brand will be celebrating on the parade route at this year's Pride Parade on June 26. The brand will have a float, where True Feel samples will be on hand and distributed throughout the parade. The brand also has a True Feel "Lube Tube" installation at the 30th annual Dance on the Pier, where dancers can race down slides – one with water, one with K-Y True Feel – to experience the slick, natural glide of new K-Y True Feel.
