UK Sales and Marketing Graduate Programme (FMCG)
A year in the UK in Sales and a second year in a European country in Marketing – our programme offers you Maximum Exposure to the brands and business of a global market leader in FMCG.
There will be no blending into the background. It’s time to tackle new challenges. Take calculated risks. Make daring decisions. Be assertive. Be brave. Be bold. Then ask for more. This is a pan-European opportunity to get your heart thumping.
Your opportunity to travel
We’ve added a new dimension to a Sales and Marketing graduate programme that’s already renowned as one of the most challenging and fast-paced in FMCG. You’ll get to live and work in two different countries over the course of two years – gaining the kind of exposure that other graduates can only dream of. The exact locations will be decided after we’ve confirmed your job offer.
Your year in UK Sales
Working on big budget projects from the outset, you’ll start as a Sales Executive tasked with looking after business plans, devising promotional sales strategies and managing relationships with our key customers.
Your year in European Marketing
From the minute you step through our doors, we’ll expect you to deliver on a range of campaigns. You’ll look after PR, in-store promotions, new product launches, packaging… and everything in between.

Minimum 300 UCAS points or equivalent. English essential plus one other European language desirable.
