Graham Mackay appointed Non Executive Director

Graham Mackay appointed Non Executive DirectorReckitt Benckiser plc (RB.L) today announced the appointment of Graham Mackay as an independent non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect. Graham Mackay BSc (Eng), BCom is Chief Executive of SABMiller plc . Mr Mackay joined The South African Breweries Ltd in 1978 and has held a number of senior positions in the group, including executive chairman of the beer business in South Africa and then group managing director. He became chief executive of the group in March 1999 on its re-listing as South African Breweries plc on the London Stock Exchange. The group was renamed SABMiller plc following the Miller transaction in 2002.
