Rakesh Kapoor
CEO
Nationality: Indian
Joined Reckitt & Colman in 1987, serving in various roles including Regional Sales Manager, North India, General Manager, Indian Southern Region and Regional Marketing Director, South Asia. In 1999, he was appointed Global Category Director, Pest Control. Following the merger, he assumed the role of, Senior Vice President, Home Care. He was appointed SVP, Regional Director, Northern Europe in 2001 and in July 2006, he was promoted to EVP, Category Development. Rakesh has the responsibility of global category management, research and development, media, market research. and strategic alliances. Rakesh became CEO in September 2011

Heather Allen
Executive Vice President, Category Development
Nationality: Canadian
Heather joined in 1996 from Procter & Gamble. She undertook a number of senior marketing roles in Eastern Europe, before becoming Marketing Director USA in 1999. She was appointed General Manager Canada in 2003 and joined the global head office in the UK in 2006 as Global Category Officer germ protection, surface and personal care. She was appointed to her current role in May 2011.

Salvatore Caizzone
Area Executive Vice President, RUMEA
Nationality: Italian
Salvatore joined in 1996, serving in several roles in Italy, Russia & Baltics. He was SVP Africa & Middle East region for eight years before being appointed EVP, Europe. Salvatore is now responsible for Russia & CIS, Middle East, North Africa, Turkey and Sub-Saharan Africa and headquartered in Dubai.As part of RB's new strategy for continued outperformance, in January 2012 he became EVP of the newly created RUMEA area.

Freddy Caspers
Area Executive Vice President, LAPAC
Nationality: German
Freddy joined in 1997 as EVP for Eastern Europe. Previously at PepsiCo and Johnson & Johnson. He held various roles in Europe, US, Eastern Europe, Turkey and the global head office. Freddy is now responsible for Latin America, North Asia, South East Asia, and Australia and New Zealand, and headquartered in Singapore. As part of RB's new strategy for continued outperformance, in January 2012 he became EVP of the newly created LAPAC area.

Amedeo Fasano
Executive Vice President, Supply
Nationality: Italian
Amedeo joined in 1997 as Supply Director Italy. After the Reckitt & Colman and Benckiser merger, he was appointed Manufacturing Director for Central, South Western and Southern Europe Regions. In 2002 he became Regional Supply Director North America and in 2003 SVP Supply Australia and New Zealand. In 2007 he took over the role of SVP Supply Developing Markets and in March 2009 Amedeo was appointed as EVP Supply. He previously worked for Pirelli Tyres in multiple supply roles.

Roberto Funari
Executive Vice President, LAPAC (from 1 July 2013)
Nationality: Brazilian
Roberto rejoined RB in February 2013 following two years at Imperial Tobacco where he was Group Marketing Director and Executive Committee member. In his prior 12-year career with RB, Roberto rose rapidly through the organisation, holding increasingly senior marketing and general management roles in both emerging and developed markets, including Brazil, Netherlands, South Africa and Central Europe. His last role was as global category officer for fabric and home care.

Rob de Groot
Area Executive Vice President, ENA
Nationality: Dutch
Rob joined RB in 1988. After international roles in marketing and sales he became General Manager The Netherlands, then SVP, Regional Director Eastern Europe and was appointed Global Category Officer, surface and dish before being appointed EVP North America & Australia. Rob is now responsible for North America, Central Europe, Northern Europe, Southern Europe and Western Europe and headquartered in Amsterdam.As part of RB's new strategy for continued outperformance, in January 2012 Rob became EVP of the newly created ENA area.

Adrian Hennah
Chief Financial Officer
Nationality: British
Adrian joined the Company in January 2013 as Chief Financial Officer Designate, and was appointed as CFO in February 2013. He joined the Company following six years at Smith & Nephew plc, as CFO. Previously he was CFO for four years at Invensys, the international engineering company. Adrian also spent 18 years at GlaxoSmithKline plc, one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies, holding a number of senior management and financial roles. He has previously worked at PwC (then Price Waterhouse) for four years in both audit and consultancy, and also for Stadtsparkasse Koeln, the German regional bank. He is a Non-executive Director of Reed Elsevier PLC, and a member of the Supervisory Board of Reed Elsevier NV.

Gareth Hill
Senior Vice President, Information Services
Nationality: British/South African
Gareth joined RB in 2006. He was previously Information Systems Director at Arcadia Group Ltd. Prior to Arcadia, Gareth was at IBM UK Ltd, Rex Trueform Clothing Ltd in South Africa and Arthur Andersen. He is a qualified chartered accountant.

Simon Nash
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Nationality: British
Simon joined RB in 2009 from Novartis Consumer Health, where he was Global Head of Human Resources, based in Switzerland. Simon started his international career with Procter & Gamble in detergent manufacturing, before moving into HR with Mars Confectionery in Slough. He moved to New York in 1993 with Kraft Foods International and then on to Chicago as HR Head of the office products subsidiary of Fortune Brands Inc.
