IR Director Change

Joanna Speed, currently Investor Relations Director has decided to leave RB to pursue other career opportunities outside the organization. She resigned before the recent senior management changes were made and the two are in no way linked. Her last day at RB will be 5 October 2011.

Joanna joined RB in August 2008 and has made significant contributions to the investor relations agenda through result road shows and broker conferences.

We wish her all the very best in her future endeavors and thank her for her contribution.

An announcement regarding her successor will be made in due course.
