Sales and Marketing

Our Sales and Marketing teams are responsible for commercialising our products, ensuring that we best sell our products to both our clients and our customers. Most countries have a one or two-year commercial programme combining assignments in Sales and in Marketing.

Supply Chain

At RB we have a true end-to-end Supply Chain that is formed by several functions. It's all about minimising the time from product design to product on shelf, achieving the right quality and cost-effective solutions.

Finance

We offer real challenge and development within our Finance team, through a three-year Finance Graduate Development Programme that provides real responsibility from day one. This is a rotational program that moves Graduates through various areas within the Finance function and allows them to use their knowledge and experience to succeed in areas such as Commercial, Supply and Financial Accounting functions.

Research and Development

The focus here is on our five global R&D centres of excellence. You’ll develop by moving between the different pillars of R&D - the New Technologies Group, Category Development and the Scientific Services Group. As the business grows so will you - prove yourself and you can expect to eventually become an R&D director for a product category or an R&D pillar.
