Our European Sales and Marketing Graduate Programme is one of the most challenging and fast-paced in the FMCG world. Join us and you’ll live and work in your home country for one year in a sales position, and in another European city working in marketing for the second year. You will gain the kind of exposure that other graduates can only dream of.

Wherever you come from, you can apply for our European Graduate positions in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Turkey or Russia. This is a pan-European opportunity to really get your heart thumping!

 Role profile

Your year in Sales

During the first year, you’ll work in Sales as a Sales Representative, a Key Account Analyst or Trade Marketing Analyst, depending on the countries. Your responsibilities will be as varied as looking after business plans, devising promotional sales strategies or managing relationships with our key customers. As the programme starts within the Sales team, local language must be spoken.


Your year in Marketing

The following year can be spent anywhere in one of the other 7 participating countries. You will spend it working in marketing as a Junior Brand Manager, responsible for one of our world-leading Powerbrands. Your role will see you looking after in-store promotions, new product launches, PR packaging, budget – and everything in between.

Necessary qualifications

  • Local language plus English is compulsory. Any additional language is a plus, as you will develop your career internationally
  • You must be educated to a bachelor degree minimum (completion or near completion) in a business related subject.
  • You should have internship experience of 1 year with at least 6 months in a commercial position (sales/marketing), preferably in another FMCG company
  • We will also expect you to demonstrated a competitive edge as a result of life experiences ie Leading sports teams, Personal Achievements, Armed forces experience, Volunteering activities & International experience etc
  • Ability to move internationally with ease and hit the ground running in the new location
