The US business is driven by our ambitious team based in Parsippany, New Jersey. On top of this we have five manufacturing plants producing some of the biggest brands in the US. These facilities are based in New Jersey, Texas, Mississippi and two in Missouri. We also have a number of regional sales offices, usually strategically located near to major customers throughout the US.

US MBA Marketing Graduate Program

As an MBA Graduate, your initial time will be spent understanding market trends, executing projects, cultivating creativity and developing cross-functional relationships. You will also focus on gaining on the job experience; attending formalized training sessions and systems training.

This will prepare you for future job rotations, including:

Assistant Brand Manager – brand and market trend analysis, category strategy support, and digital marketing.
Associate Brand Manager – local marketing plan execution, cross-functional working to develop trade promotions, brand financial planning.

US Commercial (Sales & Marketing) Undergraduate Development Program

The Commercial Undergraduate Development Program (CGDP) supports the careers of our Undergraduate talent within Sales, Marketing, Supply and Finance. Three years of structured development, the program provides a continuous stream of talent for our business.

You will typically experience 3 different roles to build their skills and knowledge. During the first rotation, you will start off as a full-time Retail Sales Rep where you will have the opportunity to gain RB and competitive product knowledge and increase your selling skills. You will also focus on gaining on the job experience; attending formalized training sessions and systems training while gaining account experience in preparation for future job rotations within the program.

Future rotations will lead you to your functional background either in Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain or Finance:

US Supply Manufacturing Undergraduate Development Program

Within Supply Manufacturing, you will concentrate on gaining an understanding of the technical, operations, and planning aspects of manufacturing. This will be achieved through rotations in our different plants in the U.S. (Hillsborough, NJ; Brandon, MS; St. Peters, MO; Springfield, MO; and Forth Worth, TX)
