What do we do?

It’s here that you’ll find the broader business perspective, as well as the most senior people in our company, including the Executive Committee. Simply put, at HQ we develop strategic thinking for our whole business, particularly the Powerbrands, and for every one of our functional teams. The ideas that are born here will eventually be implemented across the world.

What can you expect?

Global HQ contains a wealth of talent and experience from across the globe and generally you will need extensive RB experience to join us here. For the most part graduates will need to learn about the business in a country role before being offered a position here as part of their career development. If you do join us here though, expect a fast-paced and stimulating experience as part of a collaborative community of world class professionals.

Our long history in the UK, along with our FTSE 25 listing, has meant we are very highly regarded externally. Outside work we are heavily involved with Save the Children, and participate in a range of long-running initiatives helping to make a difference to the poorest children around the world. Britain is a truly fascinating place to live and our headquarters are just a 15-minute train ride from the cultural and historical treasures of London, Europe’s largest city.
