Our programmes

We look for graduates to join two-year programmes in Sales & Marketing, Supply or R&D. We also take on new graduates direct to functions, outside of the formal graduate schemes. Formal programmes begin on the first of September and we accept applications from September of the previous year.

To apply for a graduate programme in the UK you’ll need the following:

240/300 UCAS points (or international equivalent)
2:1 degree minimum (or international equivalent)
For roles in Sales & Marketing most degree subjects are acceptable
For R&D you’ll need to have studied a scientific discipline
For Supply Chain Management you should have an engineering or operations/business management bias
Any additional languages will always be an advantage

Finance Graduate Programme
Our UK Finance Graduate Scheme is the perfect platform to launch a lasting career within a fast-paced industry and make a big impact. The three-year programme is split between two years in Commercial (Sales & Marketing) and one year in Manufacturing.

Research and Development Graduate Programme

As a graduate at our R&D centre in Hull, you'll accumulate skills in project management, get exposure to global marketing and gain technical expertise.In addition to our two-year fast-track programme that begins 1 September we also look for talented graduates throughout the year, so please contact us whether you are interested in joining the formal programme or think you have what it takes for a career in Research and Development.

In either case, you'll need the following:

Our One-Year Placements Programme for interns

Our locations in the UK

The UK is home to our global headquaters (HQ) in Slough, near London. Our UK business is managed from four key UK sites. Our dedicated Home and Health teams are located near our HQ in Slough. In Hull you will find one of our biggest R&D centres globally, as well as one of our two major global healthcare manufacturing plants, with another major manufacturing site in Nottingham. Finally, our specialised aerosol and high volume liquid plant can be found in Derby.
