Megy joined us in 2006. Here she talks about her 12-month Management Programme, including her lead on the launch of the Dettol Personal Wash Herbal product. Real consumer insight, focusing on the inclusion of avocado oil in the formula made this launch a huge success. She also talks about the culture at RB China – one which combines a drive to outperform with plenty of support.
