As a recent finance graduate, having joined us permanently in 2003, Marc has already spent time on international assignments and overseen some business critical projects. Here he talks about his career and the synergies he's found at the Shared Service Centre in Mannheim. He also gives us an insight into the culture he's found at RB – one in which there's the opportunity to identify improvements to processes and then take the initiative to implement them.
