Hannah joined us on an HR-focused Management Training Programme because she was looking for more of a challenge. She certainly found it, taking on multiple, high impact project from day one and taking on her first international assignment after just one year. She talks about the excitement of cross-functional working and about what it takes to succeed in this environment. She also gives us her thoughts on the upcoming war for talent.
