Ben joined us as a graduate working on the IS team and in the course of his programme has worked in Global HQ and South Africa. He's now taken on a new role as a Business Analyst in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Here he explains how the graduate programme challenges high performers. He also talks about the emphasis on performance throughout RB and the opportunities for international exposure – opportunities of which he's taken full advantage.
