Reckitt Benckiser has been operating in Russia since 1994, with the central office located in Moscow. Our sales force operates in more than 50 cities in Russia and in major CIS countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belorussia, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and a representative office in Almaty, Kazakhztan).

Local product manufacturing takes place at our Klin factory in Mosco, which opened in 2005. RB Ukraine focuses on household and healthcare with an office in Kiev.

Our graduate intake starts every September. We accept applications throughout the year, but you should send us your CV at least 2 months in advance of the September start. The selection process will take at least one month and include interviews, and aptitude and behavioural skills testing.

"I studied Marketing at university for five years, and after joining the Marketing team in RB as a trainee, I finally got a much deeper understanding of Marketing in real business – how it works and how it influences other functions.

In those first days, I was really excited by the opportunity to get experience by taking real responsibility and getting involved in real projects. I am very pleased with the experience I’ve got over this year in the role of trainee, thanks to all my colleagues who helped during this steep learning period.

Now I'm Junior Brand Manager responsible for Russian brand Dosia. Of course now I have much more complicated tasks to complete and greater responsibility, but I am really enjoining it. RB is a great start for young, bright and enthusiastic people!"
