Marketing

Marketing creates and maintains the portfolio of Reckitt Benckiser products. People working in this department are also responsible for adapting the portfolio to consumers' needs. They monitor market situation, create and implement marketing strategies for a given product and co-ordinate all projects related to a brand.

Sales

Sales is one of the largest departments within Reckitt Benckiser Poland. Its employees are responsible for co-operating with traditional and modern market customers. Some of them co-ordinate sales processes from the office in Warsaw, others work in the field in direct contact with Reckitt Benckiser customers.

Customer Marketing Department (Trade Marketing)

Customer Marketing is a division of Sales. It integrates Sales and Marketing activities – dealing with marketing, projects related to product category management at the customer's site, preparing promotional strategy for given categories and working on its implementation.

Key Account Management (KAM)

Key Account Management looks after the largest key network customers of the company. Its employees are responsible for business negotiations related to commercial contracts and co-ordinate sales and promotion processes at the level of individual customers.

Factory NDM Poland

Engineers at Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki have the opportunity to use their skills in different areas of interest within three production departments: Liquids, Powders and New Technologies.

The production area includes: Engineering; Technical; Quality and Risk Management; Technology and Quality Control; Continuous Improvement; Energy; Environment, Health and Safety; and Packaging Development.

Supply Chain - Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki

Teams working within the Supply Chain include: Planning, New Product Introduction, Purchasing and Logistics. They oversee the whole route of the product – from ordering and controlling the supplies of raw materials to the delivery of the finished product to the customer.

Research and Development (R&D), SSG

By definition, the FMCG sector is characterised by rapid changes. R&D specialists convert great marketing ideas into products. These are the people who transform ideas into reality and make it possible for the company to keep its competitive advantage.

Human Resources

Human Resources in FMCG sector is responsible for balancing operational and strategic objectives of human resources policy. Finance

Finance is responsible for the profitability of the main office and factory. The employees working in these departments ensure appropriate allocation of costs and revenue to individual customers, brands and products. Activities within the department focus mainly on forecasting basic financial parameters and analysing deviations from such forecasts.
