Our graduate programme

We look for number of exceptional graduates for our Sales & Marketing Graduate Development Programme, aimed at developing future leaders of Sales and Marketing departments from the best economics graduates. Working across Sales, Marketing and Trade Marketing departments, you’ll enjoy rotations lasting from 12 to 18 months. Competition for these places is high, so if your CV is selected you will be interviewed by an HR manager and a line manager, as well as undergoing tests to assess your analytical skills. We start the recruitment a few times per year, depending on our business needs.

In our Nowy Dwór Mazowieck plant, we also have a ‘Lifeblood Development Programme’ that looks to recruit into R&D, NPI and Supply. Each year nearly 20 students and graduates, mostly engineers, have the opportunity to turn theory into practice, facing real challenges from day one. After 6–18 months the best are chosen to stay with us.
