North Africa cluster covers more than 15 countries, including Egypt (the biggest market in the region), Maghreb countries, Horn of Africa countries and many others. With most of the countries being developing markets, RB North Africa has a lot of room for growth in the coming years.

With its main office is in Cairo, Egypt, and another office located in Casablanca, Morocco, the region offers a huge learning opportunity operating amidst political changes and different cultural influences – Arabic, Anglo-Saxon, French & African.

Sales & Marketing Graduate Program

The North Africa graduate program provides real responsibility from day one across Sales & Marketing functions. Most of the graduates we take on are for programs in Sales and Marketing. We focus on developing future leaders with a lot of on-the-job training and diverse assignments to ensure high practical learning. This translates into extreme challenges, high exposure and fast career development for the right people.

"I genuinely believe that there is an 'RB way' in doing things – it's energetic, creative, and fast yet focused. The first day I joined RB I started studying the assigned brands, worked on developing POSM and started working on developing a training program for the medical representative’s team!

As time passed I experienced managing several brands across an entire region. Basically, I learned the practicality of multitasking. What inspires me the most is the level of support you get, which gives you confidence and strongly motivates you along the way. You feel that you are connected to the whole world through the RB network.

"I joined RB in Sept 2011 as an MT Sales Analyst for Egypt and North Africa, Recently I got promoted to be Assistant Brand Manager for Harpic and Vanish, dealing with several sales managers from different countries, and managing to meet the deadlines you set is amazing!

Being a part of RB is a big challenge. Compiling data and dealing with lots of numbers from different sides is really hard, but when you attend a meeting that has several people from different departments and taking down your numbers as a reference, it is the best feeling ever.
