Sales & Marketing Graduate Programme

The Middle East graduate programme is a two-year experience across commercial functions. Most of the graduates we take on are for programs in Sales and Marketing, with additional hiring in Supply Chain and R&D. We focus on developing future leaders with detailed orientation programmes, specific training initiatives and diverse assignments to ensure a high rate of on-the-job learning. This translates into extreme challenges, high exposure and fast career development.

How to apply

Applications are accepted all year round, although the bulk of graduate hiring takes place in June and July through focused recruitment activities on campus.

The selection process includes a series of steps ranging from face-to-face interviews, psychometric testing and assessment centres before the best of the best are offered positions with the organization. The normal timelines for the process before offers are made to short listed candidates run up to six weeks.
