Our operations in Mexico includes more than 200 administrative employees and 300 operative employees located in different cities within the country such as, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Tijuana, Merida and Mexico City where we have our Corporate Office in the Omega Building in Polanco and Supply Plant in Atizapan.

What do we do?

Sales and supply chain dominate our business in Mexico. Powerbrands have a strong presence here, backed by some successful local brands, like Decosphere and Planchitex. Powerbrands with strong market share include Air Wick, Vanish, Woolite, and Harpic. The key brands for sales we are currently focusing on include Veet, Clearasil, Nugget, Lysol, Vanish, Silvo and Brasso.

What can you expect?

Not only is Mexico a country noted for its terrific weather, varied culture, history and spicy food, but it also has an excellent track record for producing managers who’ve transferred to positions within our company internationally. We also work with universities and charities, and offer our people everything from flex-time and free on-site healthcare to recreational activities such as bowling tournaments, a year-end party, company convention that really bonds the whole team.

Our graduate programme

We search for extraordinary graduates from August to November every year. We look for a select group of sales, marketing and IS graduates who from day one will focus on real challenges and projects which give a global understanding of the business. During our 12 month programme graduates will specialise into an area of expertise, honing leadership skills through training and assignments. The demanding online application process includes assessments, interviews, presentations and business cases.

Alternatively, we have a management programme for impressive MA graduates (fluent in English) who are looking to rise to the top of Sales and Marketing. Applications are only accepted from September to October. The programme starts each January and lasts for 12 months. With the support of a mentor, graduates follow a structured development plan. From day one they get stuck straight into a number of key functional areas to gain a comprehensive business overview and accountability of their actions. Graduates then take full responsibility for projects in Sales and then in Marketing.
