Role profile


Your year in Sales

During the first year, you’ll work in Sales, supporting Sales Management, Key Account Management or Trade Marketing Analysis. Your responsibilities will be as varied as looking after business plans, devising promotional sales strategies or managing relationships with our key customers. It will be necessary to speak the local language of the participating country in Sales.

Your year in Marketing

You will spend your second year in Marketing as an Assistant Brand Manager, responsible for one of our world-leading Power Brands. Your role will be to look after in-store promotions, new product launches, PR packaging, budget – and everything in between.

And the real challenge? It will be an international assignment, to start off your global career in RB!

Necessary qualifications

  • Local national or eligibility to work in participating country you apply to. Local language plus English is compulsory. Any additional languages are a plus, as you will develop your career internationally
  • You have flexibility to be internationally mobile
  • You have adaptability and sensitivity to work in different cultural environments, with proven international experience a plus
  • You have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related subject.
  • You should have internship experience of 1 year with at least 6 months in a commercial position (sales/marketing), preferably in another FMCG company
  • You will also need to demonstrate your leadership qualities and motivation to exceed e.g. where you have led some type of team activity; your personal achievements; services within a community or armed forces
