Our locations in this region

In Mannheim a team of around 200 highly professional employees are responsible for the commercial side of our German business, driving the sales and marketing unit to challenge the business every day. Meanwhile circa 100 scientists and technicians work on innovations and refinements at our R&D unit in Ludwigshafen to keep our product performance ahead of the competition. We also have two major manufacturing sites based in Ladenburg and Weinheim, one making products from the automatic dishwashing range supplying the global market, and a second one producing denture care products.

What do we do?

There’s a strong business focus on our Powerbrands in Germany and a real breadth of opportunities across our business for you to work on. Key functions include sales, marketing, finance, supply services, HR, IT, regulatory, R&D and manufacturing.

We are constantly looking for talented and ambitious graduates to start their career in different functions with us. In addition, we usually recruit several high-potential graduates into our two-year Management Trainee Programme across all of our commercial functions in the second half of the year.
