Our commercial operations in Canada are led by the team in our offices in Mississagua, Ontario. We also have a supply chain centre in Milton, Ontario. Both these sites are within easy driving distance of Toronto, as well as Pearson International Airport.

Our graduate programme

We recruit the finest graduates to join our Commercial Undergraduate Development Program each year.

You’ll develop fast as a result of exposure to a combination of formal and hands-on training activities and a quick immersion into a meaningful business role. We accept applications from September to March.

Canada Commercial Undergraduate Development Program

The Commercial Undergraduate Development Program (CGDP) supports the careers of our Undergraduate talent within Sales and Marketing. Three years of structured development, the program provides a continuous stream of talent for our business.

During the first rotation, you will start off as a full time Analyst where you will have the opportunity to gain RB and competitive product knowledge as well as account-facing experience. You will also focus on gaining on the job experience; attending formalized training sessions and systems training while gaining account experience in preparation for future job rotations within the program.

Future rotations may include roles in either Sales or Marketing. This may include Category Analyst, Trade Marketing Analyst, or Assistant Brand Manager. All opportunities are located in our Canadian HQ in Mississauga, ON.
