What do we do?

Our focus is on Sales and Marketing and our success is driven by a number of Powerbrands: Calgonit, Vanish, Airwick, Veet, Woolite, Calgon, Cillit Bang and Harpic. We keep momentum high with new launches every year. In fact, in this area we are able to use the diversity in the region to our advantage. New programmes can be tested in a single market and then best practice can be shared. This means that each market has the opportunity to lead. We offer careers in Sales, Marketing and Finance, as well as a small number in other support functions.

What can you expect?

In a region as complex as this you can expect to gain a broad spread of knowledge very quickly. People enjoy the benefits of being part of small in-market teams, but they are also supported as part of a large regional team. There is a very good working atmosphere with excellent relations between the markets. You’ll find a lot of space here for both individual and team initiative, as well as flexibility to move between countries.

Outside the professional sphere, each country can boast natural beauty. You can enjoy the countryside of Slovenia, the Croatian and Bulgarian coasts, the Bosnian mountains. But one thing is shared by them all – the warmth and hospitality of the people there.
