Our locations in this region

Our operations in Brazil are concentrated in our São Paulo facility, with more than 900 people. From this central point we produce and market leading local brands and global Powerbrands across the country. Our operations here are primarily commercial but also include a regional R&D capability and a sizeable manufacturing plant.

What do we do?

We’re leaders in Brazil thanks to Powerbrands such Vanish and Air Wick while our local brands Veja and SBP are also very strong. Our record of impressive growth is driven by a constant stream of innovation. Recent new product launches have made some big splashes, including Veja 4-em-1, Nugget Unique, Air Wick Freshmatic and Harpic Bloco Higiênico. Careers are available across the FMCG spectrum, including sales, marketing, supply chain, engineering, quality, HR, IS, finance, legal, R&D and regulatory.

Our graduate program

Graduates can enjoy our structured and intensive 24-month Sales & Marketing Program. You’ll be based in São Paulo for the first 12 months, where you’ll gain a valuable foundation in both sales and marketing. For the next 12 months you will work in field sales, before deciding which area (marketing or sales) you will specialise in. The focus on real work will continue when you move to projects elsewhere in Brazil. The program begins in August and we look for applications in the first semester of the year.

We also offer the IS Global Talents Program. The program lasts at least 24 months (including a year-long external assignment) and is designed to prepare you for a high-flying career in IS. Expect a powerful combination of ‘on-the-job’ and formal training and a strong international focus.
