Our locations in this region

Our offices are in Dhaka, Bangladesh and Jakarta in Indonesia. In Colombo, Sri Lanka we have marketing, sales, finance and HR functions. Indonesia and Bangladesh also house these functions, but they both have manufacturing capabilities as well.

What do we do?

We have established strong presence in these countries and we’ve grown our revenue and market share aggressively over recent years. In all three countries, our teams have gained a reputation for successfully marketing and producing products. Success stories include our Mortein pest products, a wide range of Dettol antiseptic products and surface cleaners like Harpic and Lizol (Lysol), amongst many others.

What can you expect?

These three countries are all emerging markets with healthy growth trends in consumer demand and spending power. We’ve already established strong foundations for our businesses and brands. In the future however we see opportunities for continued strong growth through the launch of new products from our global Powerbrand stable. Our graduate programme

Bangladesh and Sri Lanka hire a select few ambitious graduates with intern experience for sales and marketing, whereas Indonesia looks for the same high standards for sales, marketing and supply chain. All of the programmes start in the middle of the year. Graduates, particularly in sales and marketing, spend the first couple of years post-internship in sales management. After this, as long as you have a proven track record of delivery and demonstrated potential, you can develop your career into brand management.
