At RB we believe that it is the talent and passion of our people, combined with a unique company culture that make the difference. Our Commercial (Sales & Marketing) Graduate Development & Internship Programs are designed to take graduates and develop them into RB leaders of the future.

Across Australia and New Zealand, the programs we recruit for include:

  • Commercial (Sales & Marketing) Graduate Program (Australia and New Zealand)
  • Commercial (Sales & Marketing) Internship Program (Australia only)

Sales & Marketing Graduate Program
Our graduates undertake a three-year rotational program across the Sales and Marketing functions. As a result RB graduates develop as business managers in a truly commercial environment before completing their program and progressing to key roles in account management and brand management.

As an RB graduate, you’ll be centre stage. Your mentor, buddy, managers and team will all make sure you get the support and experience you need to succeed. You will make your mark on our brands and drive your own global career.

Graduates need a current driving licence to apply for this highly competitive program.

Sales & Marketing Internship Program
Our paid interns work at RB for a ten-week period from December – February following their penultimate year at University. Our interns take ownership of a specific Sales or Marketing project to gain valuable hands on experience of real timeframes and delivery expectations. At the successful completion of the program, our interns will have the opportunity to be considered for our Sales & Marketing Graduate Program.
