Our graduate and internship programs

In Australia and New Zealand we recruit for our Commercial (Sales & Marketing) Internship and Graduate Programs. These programs offer real responsibility, challenge and development from the beginning.   Our Commercial graduates undertake a three-year rotational program, starting their development in field sales. This ensures they get a thorough understanding in the foundation skills of selling, negotiation and the customer before progressing to key roles in account management and brand management. Graduates need a current driving licence to apply for this highly competitive program.

Our paid interns join RB for a ten week period over December – February, taking ownership for a specific Sales or Marketing project. This ensures they gain valuable hands on experience with real time frames and delivery expectations. We accept expressions of interest all year round using our contact form.

With a strong mix of global Powerbrands and local brands, we deliver regular new and existing product development. Our marketing is highly developed, as we are in the top 20 TV advertisers in Australia. We offer careers in Sales, Marketing, R&D, Finance, IS, HR and Supply Chain.
