Commercial Graduate Program
Our Commercial graduates undertake a three-year rotational program, starting their development in field sales. This ensures they get a thorough understanding in the foundation skills of selling, negotiation and the customer before progressing to key roles in account management and brand management. Graduates need a current driving licence to apply for this highly competitive program.

Finance Graduate Program
Our Finance graduates undertake a three-year rotational program through Financial Accounting, Supply Finance and Sales & Marketing Finance. The broad exposure of these graduates to the various functions of finance are invaluable in enhancing the ability of our graduates to partner with the business effectively, and develop into leaders of the future at RB.

Commercial Internship Program
Our paid interns work at RB for a ten-week period from December – February following their penultimate year at University, taking ownership for a specific Sales or Marketing project. Our interns gain valuable hands on experience with real timeframes and delivery expectations. At the successful completion of the program, our interns will have the opportunity to be considered for our Commercial (Sales & Marketing) Graduate Program.
