RB's sustainability work among the very best in the world
Reckitt Benckiser entered the
Dow Jones Sustainability World Index
(DJSI World) - the top10% in the world - and been ranked among the top 12 performers in the world in the Carbon Disclosure Leadership Index.
To be included in the index, RB had to demonstrate strong programmes of control and performance in areas such as climate change mitigation, supply chain standards health & safety, labour practices, risk management and corporate governance.
In the
Carbon Disclosure Index
, RB has been ranked amongst the top 12 in the world in terms of actual performance in responding to and reducing our contribution to climate change.
In addition, RB has maintained its position in the several
FTSE4Good
indices in their Annual September 2009 review.
These achievements are only possible thanks to the hard work RB people globally put in to improve our environmental sustainability and corporate responsibility.
