Boiler rooms latest information 2010
RB has received complaints from shareholders who have been contacted by outside organisations who, for their own purposes, have used information obtained from the Company’s share register. A company’s share register is a public document on record at Companies House and copies may be obtained, under law, upon payment of the appropriate statutory fee. RB cannot refuse to supply such information. RB never commissions organisations to approach shareholders by “cold calling” and any contact made to shareholders in this way is not endorsed by RB. If shareholders in the UK wish to stop receiving unsolicited mail they should register with the mailing preference service by letter, telephone or through their website:
Mailing Preference Service (MPS)
DMA House
